в нашей конторе есть свой собственный шаблон документов для winword
Вапрос - как можно "конвертнуть" шаблон от winword для использования в
LyX / TEX?

Посмотрите пакет writer2latex: там есть интересные возможности по работе
с шаблонами. В принципе, можно даже так настроить, чтобы OpenOffice
было возможно использовать как этакий фронтенд для ТеХа, хотя это,
конечно, требует определенной дисциплины оформления документов.
