Это Вы передергиваете. Это включено по-умолчанию не только в Linux потому, что
люди с ограниченными возможностями начав работать с компьютером (и не факт,
что он был настроен именно для НИХ), одним простым (для нес, но часто - не
для них) движением могут начать его использовать с учетом их
индивидуальности. Так что не нужно ставить удобство свое выше чьего-либо.
Ну а все остальные, как тут верно было замечено, могут ЧИТАТЬ то, что видят,
и, скажем, выбрать "Отключить AccessX на этом компьютере" при первом же
появлении. К тому же, 80% использующих Linux людей никогда и не видели ничкго
подобного.
