apt-get install kdeutils-laptop
Идём на последнюю вкладку ACPI - Настройка вспомогательного приложения
Ввести пароль root, включить все флажки.
Чтобы приложение попало в системный лоток, включить "Показывать индикатор
состояния батареи".
