Подскажите, пожалуйста!
Необходимо открыть файл с расширенем .dwg - чертеж, выполненный с
помощью AutoCAD2006 (Windows). Дистрибутив ALC 3.0. Есть возможность это
сделать?

Штатными линуксовыми программами нет. Только если его переконвертировать
в .dxf, тогда qcad или dia.

А перед этим конвертнуть в dxf:
dwg2dxf - This program convert DWG files to DXF files
dxf2fig - Autocad DXF to xfig convertor
vec2web - Converter from DXF to other image formats

Есть два варианта:
1) Перейти на Alt Linux 4 Personal Desktop там она есть.
2) взять на
ftp://ftp.altlinux.ru/pub/distributions/ALTLinux/4.0/branch/files/SRPMS/
и попробовать пересобрать в среде ALC3
