Как понял, полностью удалять не обязательно (вдруг пригодится?), достаточно в
последней строчке этого файла:
X-KDE-autostart-condition=kbluetoothdrc:General:AutoStart:true
"true" поменять на "false"

И это тоже на всякий случай сделал.
Кстати, какой порядок автозапуска получается? - смотрим
в /usr/share/autostart/*.desktop что запускать, если в *desktop параметр
X-KDE-autostart-condition=*:AutoStart:true , то запускаемся? А потом уже
запустившись, первым делом глядим в ~/.kde/share/config/kbluetoothrc, если
там AutoStart=false , то выгружаемся?
Или как-то подругому?
