Можно, практически любая статья по клонированию установки Linux
в помощь. Только лучше на переноске сделать initrd со всеми
предполагаемыми дисковыми драйверами да xorg-x11-drv-* уложить.

Можете свернуть template cache при помощи spt или взять готовый здесь:
http://download.openvz.org/template/precreated/contrib/
Ядро и остальное нужное придётся добавить самому.
