CGI::Fast. По-идее, если оно написано с поддержкой fcgi, то само
должно быть fastcgi-сервером. Т.е. внутри должен быть цикл вида
while($request = new CGI::Fast) {}

Про nginx не скажу, lighttpd вполне работает.
