Вы не правы - локализация и интернационализация в Linux встроено с
корнем.
Так-как никто особо не пытался использовать Linux и конкретно этот
дистрибутив , в том виде, как используете Вы, до Вас, то вы по праву
первопроходца обретаете кучу багов, которые никто исправлять не будет.
Вам это надо ?
