Вы отзеркалить хотите или создать свой с нуля?
В первом случае обычно проще применить rsync и добить жту кучку
симлинков им, во втором -- посмотрите genbasedir --help, после
некоторого количества экспериментов всё получится.
Когда-то была неплохая статья на atmsk.ru...
