Ramsize here 4BG. all the best, Stefan PS: I forgot to present that "mplayer-magic", I mentioned: I use a lowpass-filter like -vf unsharp=l3x3:-1 before scaling down... (Hope this will prevent frustration for someone...) Sometimes applying it twice can help a lot.
