В компакте 3.0 всё было в порядке, в бранче 4.0 выдает пустое место
gethostname -s выдает правильный ответ, а тут...
Подскажите плз, этот вывод используется скриптом подключения по rdesktop

А что такое gethostname?
$ gethostname

rpm -qf меня вылечил :)
Это слегка сторонний пакетик от компании EMT :)
Буду копать дальше.
