Здравствуйте уважаемые дамы и господа!
К сожалению временно выпадал из community и теперь весьма
озадачен появился server 4.0 - назначение понятно.
Появится ли Master 4.x - аналогичный ALM 2.4 универсальный
дистрибутив?

Вы много потеряли из-за того что выпали. Ведь помимо Сервера 4.0 есть
еще и Десктоп 4.0.
Вкратце - Мастер обещают к сентябрю по 1500 руб.

Да, осенью грозились. Сейчас сперва Desktop 4.0 следом за
сервером -- универсальный Master ещё ж обновлять научиться
надо.
