Просьба не смеяться...
Итак, AltLinux Compact 2.3 на машине с процем C3 , интегрированной видюхой и
звуком. Всё устраивает и планов перехода на другие версии нет. Кроме того, не
могу найти книгу "АльтЛинукс изнутри и снаружи". Но :
1. Начал ни с того ни сего подтормаживать Klickety . Всё остальное работает
нормально. В чем дело?
2. Пытался запустить какую то игруху с 3D графикой (что то про космические
войны). То-о-ррмозит , не передать как. Еле дождался разворачивания заставки.
Чем лечится? На этом же компе запускал Кноппикс, там Doom просто летал...
3. При включении компа сразу, без пароля загружается первый пользователь из
списка. Как сделать, чтобы всё таки запрашивался логин и пароль?
4. Как изменять объем памяти, при превышении импользования которой начинается
активное использование Свопа? И какое значение этой переменной
предпочтительно?
