У MS ситуация такая, что Pro как отдельный продукт существует только в
виде коробочной версии. Насколько я знаю, все корпоративные лицензии на
Pro (кроме образовательной подписки MSDNAA) идут как апгрейд к Home OEM.
Скорее всего у тебя такая ситуация.
Для лицензионной чистоты такой Pro нужна наклеенная наклейка от Home
OEM (вроде еще и диск нужен от Home и книжица от него, но в
представительстве MS мне сказали, что это уже необязательно) и Pro,
установленная с корпоративным ключом.

У них есть два варианты дистрибутива винды (5 файлов разницы) -
требующая Product Key и активации, и требующая Volume Licence Product
Key и не требующая активации.
