Возьмите для своего дистрибутива или из предыдущего
(для 3.0 может подойти из 2.4, в 2.3 был).
Или скачайте src.rpm и сделайте
sudo apt-get install rpm-build
rpm --rebuild solfege*.src.rpm
(может понадобиться доставить то, что ещё попросит)
-- получится пакет, собранный под библиотеки используемого
дистро.
Если совсем не получится -- назовите версию своего альта,
попробую сбэкпортить.

Это новая glibc, которая работает только на Linux 2.6
(используются некоторые новые возможности ядра в т.ч.).
Очень коротко -- чтобы установить эту сборку, требуется
сизиф или 4.0.
