Да нет там проблем с сетью. Ни в VMWare ни в VirtalBox.
Все прекрасно работает. Да еще и разные варианты есть (NAT, bridged).
Читать юзерс мануал на сей предмет. Однозначно. Там все в общем-то понятно.

В принципе конечно скорость ниже, но если для виртуальной машины выделить
достаточно памяти, то вполне сносно в большинстве случаев.
Хотя если запускать очень монстрообразную программу...
но IMHO и в этом случае памяти побольше ей выделить надо.
А под wine-ом ваша софтина точно не работает?
Тут ситуация значительно лучше была бы по скорости.
У меня реиндексауия базы 1С под wine проходит чувствительно быстрее
чем под windows, не знаю даже чем это объяснить....
