Я отвечу не на вопрос, а предложу :-)
- использовать только Linux как основную ОС, а Windows поставить под...
ну допустим VirtualBox-ом, раз это нужно только для специализированной
софтины. А поскольку Windows установлена "промышленным способом",
то создать, а потом слить ее образ туда любым софтом а ля TrueImage.
