На всякий случай ещё покажите, что пишет про это устройство
/usr/sbin/lsusb -v, но у меня есть подозрение, что ситуация тут примерно
такая же, как и с устройствами от Ippon, и нужно сразу пробовать подцепить
через COM, если у UPS есть такой интерфейс.
