Извиняюсь, был офлайн.
Я не выкладывал festvox'ы в backports,
поскольку их куча (почти 300 мб)
и они ничем не отличаются от пакетов в Sisyphus.
выкачайте все Вам необходимые fest* noarch.rpm пакеты
из Sisyphus.
