Тут вроде пояснили: настройка CMS (хотя при особо кривой -- может
понадобиться и темплейты пилить) и, возможно, баз MySQL.

Скорее никакая. Профессионалы из typo3-russia@ (TYPO3'шная
рассылка) хором рекомендуют покупать shop-script.ru.
Сам за отсутствием надобности не смотрел.

Ну та же TYPO3 4.0.x у меня под M24 прекрасно работает.
Вроде бы тамошнее каталожное расширение tt_products (GPL)
взялись дорабатывать, но год или два тому назад про него
отзывались скорее скептически и ходила куча патчей.
