Рекомендую тогда "пристреляться" к
ftp://ftp.altlinux.org/pub/distributions/archive/Sisyphus/index/<имя-пакета>,
а полученный суффикс для src.rpm или приклеивать к
ftp://ftp.altlinux.org/pub/distributions/archive/Sisyphus/ ,
или править на e.g. i586.rpm и забирать бинарники.
На локальном зеркале сейчас наблюдаются:
updates/3.0/i586/RPMS.updates/kernel-headers-std26-up-2.6.12-alt11.i586.rpm
updates/3.0/i586/RPMS.updates/kernel-headers-modules-std26-up-2.6.12-alt11.i586.rpm
