А если rpm -e? Поскольку:
$ rpm -q trafshow-linux libncurses-devel
trafshow-linux-1.3-alt4.M24.1
warning: package libncurses-devel is not installed

А, так извини -- это не ncurses, а trafshow где-то зацепил mike.
Хотя всё равно странно, зависимости пакета в 2.4 и updates/2.4
идентичны и не вижу, где бы тянулся именно devel:
$ rpm -qRp trafshow-linux-1.3-alt4.M24.1.i586.rpm | grep curses
libncurses.so.5
