При беглом просмотре руководства

обнаружились слова "Conexant AccessRunner", а по ним - некий пакет
kernel-source-cxacru в составе Sisyphus.
Так что надежда на работоспособность данного железа вполне есть.
Если модем распознался драйвером и в него загрузилось firmware, то
дальше с ним проблем особых нет. У меня вот уже два года с хвостиком
живёт Huawei MT810, на чипсете EagleII. И больших причин менять его на
что-либо другое пока не вижу.
