Доброго времени суток!
Уважаемые, я, может, туплю - но какой программе скормить список,
сформированный badblocks на своп-разделе? А то пару раз получал затык
при хибернации, и подозреваю что дело именно в бэд-е...

Именно скормить - похоже, никакой (хотя есть mkswap -c). Но лучше просто
затереть весь этот раздел нулями (dd if=/dev/zero of=..., естественно,
предварительно выполнив swapoff, а потом заново сделать mkswap) - диски
уже давно научились переназначать блоки самостоятельно, но это происходит
только при записи. Ну и посмотреть в выводе smartctl -A количество
переназначенных секторов - возможно, диск уже пора выбрасывать...
