Возьмите менее древний, если лень возиться с ядерным (который
быстрее), то тот же unfs3. На 3.0 он сбэкпорчен, на 2.4 тоже
сделаю, когда инитскрипт поправлю (там stop() что-то не то
делает, в итоге не стопает пока).

В случае NFS --
rpm [alt] file:/pub/Linux/... ... ...
