Надёжнее всего проследить за этим самому.
Собственно, альт на сейчас скорее не обычный промышленный линукс
(вон Mandriva со своим Corporate Server 4 туда не пролезла, судя
по всему -- бишь их два, RHEL и SLES), а для тех, кто хочет
(и может) странного.
Соответственно с дистрибутивами и апдейтами в альте будет по
определению больше непоняток, чем там, где на этом скучном труде
сидят инженегры под кнутом и пряником.
Это проще и лучше учитывать, чем игнорировать.
Так что если хотите, чтоб было -- обдумайте заведение
разработческой коробочки с Sisyphus на борту и прогоняйте/
исправляйте тот же IPSEC, чтоб было в ажуре. Можно и модуль
к alterator попробовать нарисовать, если есть шаблонные куски
настройки. Чем смогу -- помогу.
