Стоит ли пытаться собирать binutils-2.15.92
в мастере 2.4 (там 2.15.90),
или дохлое дело?
Пакет нужен для сборки fpc-2.0.2

Если отключить или скорректировать соответствующим образом
fpc-2.0.0-alt-smartlink-ldflags.patch, тогда зависимость на
binutils станет не нужна.
