Это идёт напрямую через modem1. Исходя из того, что в предыдущем
письме была ошибка 'ping: unknown host ya.ru' - надо
дополнительно смотреть на resolv.conf.

Да поднялся он, у Вас же по ifconfig и tap0 виден, и там же
видно, что и пакеты через него посылается/принимаются.
На всякий случай, попробуйте раза два-три сделать после поднятия
соединия
# route del default
и затем
# route add default gw 10.250.35.1
Ещё что не нравится: по ifconfig не видно никакой активности на
интерфейсе dvb0_0. Как я понимаю, приниматься пакеты на него
должны в любом случае.
На машине случаем firewall не состроен? На стороне провайдера
ничего не блокируется?
