Проблема возникла при переходе с Самбы 2.х.х на 3.х.х ...
Расположена она в области блокировок файлов ...
Полечить конфигурационными методами не удалось ...
Та же проблема и при совместной работе с электронными таблицами
МСО...
Если кто знает рецепт, колитесь... :)
