Вернуть можно (после чистой установки C3.0 оно там точно есть, но
сейчас у меня нет под рукой такой системы). Однако опции lilo.conf,
относящиеся к этому меню, как я подозреваю, плохо документированы,
поскольку то графическое меню, которое используется в дистрибутивах от
ALT, добавляется дополнительными патчами (в lilo есть и встроенная
поддержка графического меню, но возможностей у неё меньше).
