Замечательно! Сначала они на замену предоставляют неисправный жёсткий
диск, потом у них в датацентре случается перегрев и сервер выходит из
строя на неопределённое время...

Коллеги, в Москве вообще есть ISP, размещающий сервера на collocation на
нормальных условиях? Просьба донести этот вопрос до всех, у кого может
быть конструктивный ответ на него.
