Дима, не обижайтесь, но при нормальном ходе вещей, все
мероприятия по надёжности (горячий, холодный резерв,
отладочный стенд, ремонтный комплект, утверждённый регламент,
тренировки персонала) проводятся до наступления аварии. При этом
_точно_ известно время устранения любого отказа в зависимости от
заранее затраченных усилий.
