Окружение:
- Сompact 3.0 2.6.12-std26-up-alt7 на ноуте
- WiFi-карточка Compex iWavePort WL54G
Проблема: сети не обнаруживаются (by KWiFiManager).
Острота проблемы: а вот Фортки на том же ноуте и с той же карточкой их находят.
Детали:
1. даже лампочки на карте не загораются (в отличие от Форток);
2. но KWiFiManager понимает, что карточка налицо
3. стоит kernel-modules-hostap-std26-up#0.3.9-alt1.132620.7
4. при втыкании карточки на 12-й консоли имеем:

(Apropos: что ещё за hw_random? Аппаратный генератор случайных чисел?)

На всякий случай: а пакет firmware-prism54 установлен?
Может, ему загружать нечего?
