Подскажите PLZ как посмотреть текущую частоту процессора консольной
командой? Может быть есть какая-нибудь программа вроде htop, которая
показывает всё тоже самое, плюс ещё текущую частоту процессора?

cat /proc/cpuinfo

cpuscan -v
xcpufreq - для иксов.
В отличии от cat /proc/cpuinfo - частота там вычисляется.
