Через web не знаю, а вот в обучающих программах КДЕ есть оболочка для
прохождения тестов, и инструментарий для написания этих тестов ...
Вопрос и несколько вариантов ответов ...
Во всяком случае - было ...
Как звать, не помню ... Год назад пытался написать экзамен пользователю
ПК при приеме на работу ...
Типа для секретарши ...
Наработок не осталось ... :)
