VMWare 5.5 под Win ХР. Железо, если это важно (может быть от этого зависит
работа самого WMWare?), Intel 865 PE, Celeron 2.0GHz, старый еще, не D, ОЗУ
512Мб, Radeon 9200 SE, Creative Live 5.1, винт на IDE (кстати о птичках, винт
в виртуальной машине WMWare тоже конфигурировался как IDE в виде файла).
Ничего особенного не делал, просто ставил с DVD на вновь созданный виртуальный
комп. ХР и WMWare тоже ставились без каких либо выкрутасов.
ALM2.4 - стал с лету (в смысле с DVD), все красиво, скорость не сильно
напрягает.
ALC3.0 - не могу сказать, что с лету (уж больно тормозило все), но стал без
проблем, скорость - просто ужас, Х-ы 640х480. Дальше экспериментировать пока
обломало. Есть, впрочем, одна маленькая деталь, виртуальный HDD разбивался
средствами ALM 2.4. Виртуальный комп с установленным ALM2.4 был склонирован,
после чего была проведена установка ALC 3.0 с форматированием разделов.
