А какие проблемы? давно отказался от ксерокопирования и храню статьи, книжки и
т.п., только в djvu... По сути, непрятность только одна: в djvulibre нет
приемлимого сегментатора, из-за чего, собрать цветную страничку в приличный
djvu, с хорошим сжатием, напрямую, не получается (cpaldjvu, можно считать,
нерабочий -- часы! сжатия на простую картинку, с более, чем плохим,
результатом -- это даже, не смешно).
Не выходя за рамки имеющегося в дистрибутиве софта, проблема сжатия цветных и
полутоновых документов, легко и с неплохим результатом решается комбинацией
potrace + djvumake + (для фотокачества, c44).
Если нужны подробности -- отпишу попозжее, сейчас лежу с гриппом влёжку, вряд
ли стоит пытаться говорить что-то осмысленное :)
