Похоже, всё-таки не в этом дело, или я чего-то недопонимаю :( Вернее, я
подозреваю, что эти +3 часа - это сдвиг времени для MSK, но как это
правильно настроить...
Время настраиваю через модуль KDE (по клику на апплете часов) - там
указываю время, и часовой пояс "Moscow +00, west Russia" (кстати,
интересно, а почему +00). При этом на часах текущее московское время и
надпись "Москва". При появлении попапа видим время в некоторых других
городах, в т.ч и в Лондоне (-3 часа)
[root@drobyshevskiy ~] # date
Птн Фев 3 09:57:42 MSK 2006
[root@drobyshevskiy ~] # date -d '09:58:00 MSK'
Птн Фев 3 09:58:00 MSK 2006
