Это и надо исправить. В /var/lib/clamav есть такой файл -
main.cvd.
Как я понимаю, это основная база. Сейчас пришло время её
обновить. У Вас владелец этого файла - root. Поправьте на
mail:mail или просто удалите его.
Насколько я понял, clamav вытаскивает обновления, запускаясь от
пользователя mail. Почему начальный mail.cvd принадлежит root -
вопрос. Я на прошлой неделе припомнил, что вроде бы первый раз
запускал freshclam руками.
