Здравствуйте!
Подскажите, как в alsa менять default звуковое устройство, если
установлено несколько звуковых карт?
И ещё - почему может "подтягивать" звук?:) Такое ощущение, -
тянет, как будто на кассете - каждые примерно 2-3 секунды, на пол
секунды звук слегка меняется.

В /etc/modules.conf (а может, в Compact'е 3.0 -- где-то в другом месте)
строчка alias snd-card-0 должна указывать на устройство по умолчанию.

Возможно, глюк альсы. Для более точной диагностики проверьте на
нескольких приложениях, желательно чтобы среди них были выводящие звук
как через alsa, так и через oss.
