а вот это интереснее. опишите, как происходит выключение после команды
"Действия/Выключить компьютер" ? должны останавливаться сервисы с
сообщениями вида "stopping .... [DONE]" зелеными буквами на черном фоне.
еще можно попробовать выключать не командой из меню, а запустить xterm и
набрать poweroff.

откуда видно что она поврежденная ?
