У меня их нет :( У меня показывается splash-screen с бегущим индикатором,
и предложением нажать esc и увидеть останавливающиеся процессы. Ставил
правда с installer в районе rc6 (64битный installer от mouse@),
но регулярно обновляюсь до самого свежего сизифа.

Проверку можно отключить, если внимательно прочитать man fsck в области
ключа -A, а затем подправить /etc/fstab
