Можно воспользоваться VA SystemImager. У нас есть пакет, но он
имеет ряд недоработок (известных и некритичных, если иметь карту
грабель -- но пофиксить их до конца пока не успеваем).
Если хотите, могу выложить пакет. С Вас тогда -- расспросить,
как работает, и задокументировать на wiki. Идёт?
(оно работает так: взводится сервер, забрасывается пакетик на
клиента, клиент сливается на сервер, после этого поднимается
DHCP+NFS+TFTP и можно разливаться по PXE или загрузившись со
сгенерированного маленького ISO или дискетки)
