Вообще-то к этому времени сделаны уже три ошибки.
Первая -- выбран неподдерживаемый (древний) настольный
выпуск для серверной задачи.
Вторая -- программы собираются в неподдерживаемом виде
(вручную, не в пакет).
Третья -- ещё и привелегированным пользователем.
Суммарная рекомендация -- добудьте первый диск Master 2.4,
там есть apache, mod_php, MySQL-server (по каждому из которых
на ftp лежит пачка обновлений -- бишь после установки
apt-get update; apt-get upgrade).
