Думаю что не очень, потому что вот этих
"возможно настроит, а возможно нет", "доменное имя лучше не
использовать" - это же всё слухи какие-то, а должно быть чётко.

Да, надо на это упирать в инструкции.

Который наверно ещё должен уметь время настраивать... И что-то в
нём глючит :)
