Вообще в /etc/init.d/httpd-perl вроде _уже_ учтено (это про
1.3.33rusPL30.20-alt2.M24.2+). Попробуйте всё ж им.

Оп-па. Вот чего не было, того не было.
Кстати, вообще-то GET / HTTP/1.0\n\n -- но это не повод для
segfault.
