Здравствуйте.
После обновления АЛМ2.3 > 2.4+update+backports
перестал печатать из VMWare псевдо-принтер print2pdf.
В свое время мне сдесь давали ссылку на документ с описанием, как его
сделать (ссылку не помню, но сама статья на бумаге осталась (PDF-Сервер
на основе Samba, автор Джон Брайт, перевод С.Скороходов)). Да не в ней
дело. Я ничего, кроме обновления самбы не делал. Принтер в сетевом
окружении виден, в винде установлен, но печать не идет (при этом на
лазерный принтер печатает нормально, без изменений).
При печати на псевдо-принтер в логах есть следующие строки:
Sep 27 10:08:25 localhost smbd[3692]: Unable to print file to print2pdf - client-error-not-found
Sep 27 15:27:36 localhost smbd[1934]: Unable to get jobs for ipp://localhost/printers/print2pdf - client-error-not-found
Попробовал в самбе заменить security = user, строки изменились:
Sep 28 10:43:51 localhost smbd[4507]: [2005/09/28 10:43:51, 0] printing/print_cups.c:cups_job_submit(765)
Sep 28 10:43:51 localhost smbd[4507]: Unable to print file to print2pdf - server-error-not-accepting-jobs
Система печати в самбе стоит cups и на физически присутствующий лазерный принтер печатает без проблем как с security = user, так и с share.
Видно, что самба пытается печатать через cups, игнорируя
print command = /usr/local/bin/printpdf
в соответствующей секции smb.conf
Как это победить?
