Это проект ffmpeg поменял свой fourcc на FMP4 (ffmpeg MPEG4) чтоб не
пользоваться DivX - овой. Пока они вроде как совместимы, но правильнее
будет если это будут разные идентификаторы. Если хотите принудительно
выставить DIVX то используйте опцию -ffourcc DIVX. Если нужно а винде
смотреть эти файлы, то лучше использовать Direct Show фильтры проекта
ffdshow http://ffdshow.sourceforge.net. Правда fourcc FMP4 поддерживают
только daily builds начиная с ffdshow-20050223-sse.exe
