Имеется пакет pmount. Насколько мне известно, его предназначение описывается
как
"pmount is a wrapper around the standard mount program which permits
normal users to mount removable devices without a matching /etc/fstab entry"
Наибольший интерес представляет буквосочетание "normal users". Тем не менее
файл /usr/bin/pmount имеет права доступа 700. Никто ничего не перепутал?
