После adjust_kernel_headers default это заголовки только для userspace;
в других вариантах - копия заголовков из соответствующего ядра (со всеми
применёнными к нему патчами).

Если нужно собрать дополнительный модуль для ядра из пакета - apt-get
install kernel-headers-modules-std-up (или другой аналогичный пакет, если
используется другой вариант ядра), после чего нужно подсунуть модулю
вместо каталога с исходниками ядра каталог из этого пакета
(/usr/src/linux-2.4.26-std-up для ядра std-up из Master 2.4).
